Who is responsible for your data
QualiSenseAI is a sole-trader consultancy operated by Darren Etheridge from Liverpool, UK. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how to request changes or deletion.
For any privacy question, use the contact form on this site; responses come from the operator's professional email address.
Contact form data
When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, organisation, email address, service interest and (optionally) a message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include confidential information in a form submission.
Feedback form data
When you submit client feedback, you provide your name, job title, organisation, the service received and your feedback text, plus an optional outcome. Feedback is only considered for publication after you have chosen an attribution option and the operator has followed up to request explicit permission. Choosing “Keep anonymous” or “Use initials only” is honoured as submitted. You can withdraw permission for a published testimonial at any time and it will be removed or amended.
Consultant application data
When you apply to work with QualiSenseAI, you provide your name, email address, current role, location, experience range, availability, practice areas, qualification details, profile URL and application statement. This is used only to assess whether your background is a fit for the practice and whether to contact you about a further conversation. Please do not include confidential client, learner or employer information in an application.
Email notification handling
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (the form and hosting provider) and delivered as email notifications to the operator. This means submissions are stored in Netlify's systems and transmitted by email; neither channel should be treated as a private or confidential medium.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts are used to profile visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard server requests including your IP address. If any analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.
How long data is kept
Enquiry and feedback submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or maintain agreed testimonials, and normally no longer than three years from your last contact. Consultant applications are normally kept for up to twelve months unless there is an ongoing conversation or you ask for earlier deletion. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details above.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to the personal data held about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion. Requests are handled personally by the operator. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
